  • Snídaně byly super. Klid, dobrá poloha a parkování pár kroků od hotelu. Možnost ubytování i s našimi kocoury a pejskem.

Krásný den z hotelu Victoria, mockrát děkujeme za hezkou recenzi! Těší nás Vaše spokojenost s úklidem a stravou a jsme rádi, že je vidět úsilí, které do těchto služeb dáváme! Co se týče personálu, rozšířili jsme naše řady, tudíž je zde mnoho nováčků a tím mohla být způsobena nedostatečná komunikace. Všechny naše zaměstnance důkladně proškolujeme, proto věřím, že při Vaší příští návštěvě již tento problém nenastane! Děkujeme a budeme se těšit snad brzy na viděnou!

Krásný den z hotelu Victoria, děkujeme za Vaše hodnocení! Hotel je siuován velmi blízko centra Plzně a to s seboupřináší nejen spoustu výhod, ale i omezení. Našim hostům nabízíme proto možnost preference tichého pokoje s výhledem do zahrady. Příště doporučuji do poznámky rezervace tento požadavek zapsat a recepce udělá maximum pro vyhovění.
