  • Hotel stojí u rušné komunikace a vlakového nádraží. Na pokojích není klimatizace a pokud v teplé letní noci otevřete okno, byť jen ventilaci, nevyspíte se.

Hotel je situován nedaleko centra, což je velmi výhodné pro další cestování a výlety. Bohužel to s sebou přináší ruch ,,velkoměsta,, - což nemusí vyhovovat každému.

Pro příště doporučuji do poznámky rezervace zadat žádost o tichý pokoj a výhledem do zahrady, což našim hostům nabízíme!

Klimatizace zatím nejsou na všech pokojích, ale neustále pracujeme na tom, aby do budoucna byly.

  • ponuka televíznych programov bola mizerná z českých programov išli len dva ostatné boli nemecké nebola to deklarovaná ponuka satelitných programov

Mrzí nás, že v době Vaši návštěvy nebyli dostupné všechny programy!
V televizích po celém hotelu jsou opravdu dostupné desítky programů v několika jazkycích a v případě, že je s nějakou TV problém, recepce obratem vše vyřeší!
Pro příště doporučuji okamžitě řešit s recepcí, která by Vám zajistila funkčnost všech programů, popřípadě Vám nabídla jiný pokoj.

  • Services of breakfast should be improved. Small place to eat. Crowdy restaurant. The food (bread, vegetables, hot dishes) is not delivered quickly. Must to correct.

The restaurant is situated in the basement and we are improving our services as much as we can! The restaurant is redesigned and adapted for brekafasts now!
